The Artisan
For over 40 years, Grandma Luo has turned small pieces of fabric into scenes of Chinese life, history, and folk tradition. She learned the craft from the older generation and continues to make every piece by hand — cutting, layering, and stitching each detail slowly in her studio.

✦ The Craft
Every Grandma's Cloth artwork is made slowly, by hand. No printing. No mass production. No two pieces are ever the same.
Each shape is carefully cut from silk, cotton, and selected fabric pieces.
Colors, textures, and patterns are layered to create depth and movement.
The final details are sewn slowly, giving every piece its own character.
